With a focus on building skilled and motivated workforces, these sessions will share the knowledge and tools necessary to implement high-quality apprenticeship programs, driving growth and success. They are the culmination of various GAN-led initiatives with the Global Alliance for YOUth<\/a> aimed at boosting private sector involvement in apprenticeships and highlighting their crucial role in bridging the skills gap and improving lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Featuring a keynote from Olivia Gachoud, Head of the Science & Technology Office at the Embassy of Switzerland in the US, and a panel session with managers and apprentices from B\u00fchler and UBS, this webinar will share insights and practical examples of apprenticeship models and best practices from leading companies in Switzerland. With highlights for both businesses and young people, the session will reflect on how the ‘Swiss model’ of apprenticeships can be adapted across borders.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
